Guarantee and return policies are bogus

I purchased a software program from WORDSMART. I tried it on one occasion and found it to be boring. Thus, when I called to return I was told I would outside the trial period and no return would be accepted. The customer service representative was rude, would not allow me to complete a sentence. She continued to interrupt me. She threatened collections against me if I returned and did not accept their charges.
