Fairbanks Capital Aka Equicredit CROOKS... THEY GOT OUR HOUSE ILLEGALLY dirty SOB's Salt Lake City Utah...
Well the jerks at fairbanks got what they wanted... Our home. We have 3 children and no roof to put over their head. We have been lied to, cheated, and now foreclosed on. We are in so much debt because of fairbanks. They do not care about anyone but themselves. I sat here and read most of these complaints from people and I cannot believe there are so many. I was amazed. We have tried to refi and fairbanks stopped that.
They say we are 19 payments behind and then there are fees. This is so untrue. I have faxed copies of the checks but no response. We have been to court with them twice and proved them wrong they have withdrawn. Now we are back at square 1. We are out of money. We cannot fight anymore. Each time we went to court we had to pay our attorney 1500.00.
We just cannot do it anymore. Please if there is anyone out there that knows what we can do to stop these crooks please email me and I will do whatever I can to help. Fairbanks capital needs to be stopped!!!
