MWI Connections ripoff, charged credit card after membership already cancelled, gave me a hard time about wanting to cancel

I enrolled for the 30 day trial membership for Connections through dealpass on the internet. I called a week before the trial period was over to cancel my membership. It took about an hour just to get it cancelled. They kept urging me to keep the account, even after I assured them one hundred times that I didn't want it. They finally cancelled it, and then when I got my credit card statement two weeks later, I found out that they had still charged my credit card! When I went back to the site to find the phone number to call and correct the problem and once again cancel the membership, there was no where to find the phone number.
