One day, I found that I have been charged by MWI connections $9.95 for 3 months. I called them at 1-888-840-6299 and got explained about how it was charged. The manager, Tina, said that when I used Orbitz.com to book flights or hotels, I became a member of MWI and this is the membership fee they charged since then. They claimed that they sent emails about this.
However, I don't remember I click on any membership and I don't think they can cheat people like this. I didn't even got any emails, and if this is a real membership, I expect to recieve any form of formal letter instead of just email as the email can not be used for legal documents.
After I talked to several people, they cancelled my membership and promised to return the credits. But I am not happy because I still have to pay for late fee of my credit card on which they charged and I don't use it anymore.
If anybody is using Orbitz.com, be careful! And if anybody want to make a formal legal complaints, please contact me and I like to be helpful.
