This man is a con man like you have never met. He comes across as a church-going, really caring individual that has only the best interests of his clients at heart. However, you know he is lying because his lips are moving. He defrauded my husband and me out of thousands of dollars by representing that he had a registered LLC - which later turned out to be fradulent. He has paid some employees under the table thus getting out of paying the IRS. He is being investigated by the SC Employment Securities Commission. He has bounced checks to at least ten individuals and countless businesses. He has hired people and then refused to pay them after they have perfomed services. He owes many corporations money for products and services. He changes his phone number whenever he is found - so far he has done it at least 6 or 7 times in the last six months. He says all he wants to do is help people but the truth is that he is looking for his next victim. For your own financial good, stay as far away from this man as you possibly can. He is being sued by at least two entities, if not more. He has admitted to his church in front of the entire congregation that this is not the first state he has pulled this scam in.
