This man is a con man like you have never met. He comes across as a church-going really caring individual that has only the best interests of his clients at heart. However, you know when he is lying because his lips are moving. He defrauded my husband and me out of thousands of dollars by representing that he had a fraudulent LLC. He has paid some employees under the table thus getting out of paying the IRS. He is being investigated by the SC Employment Securities Commission. He has bounced checks to at least ten people. He has hired people and refused to pay then after they have performed their services. He owes many corporations money for products and services. He changes his phone number every time he is found out - at least 6 times since he has been in the Myrtle Beach area. He says that all he wants to do is to help people, but the truth is that he is looking for his next victim. For your own financial good, stay as far away from this man as you can. He is being sued by at least two entities if not more.
