Harry W. Rolfes defrauded millions of dollars while selling bogus, fraudulent, aged corporations for this made-up bogus company ABC LLC as a broker... He took up-front monies in the millions and flew the coop standing behind a lawyer a Mr Zimermann who i notified the OHIO bar that he is representing a client and he paid the attorney in funds he scammed and defrauded from un-suspecting clients...
