I been a card member for 3 years, since i decided to closed my account a month ago, because i wasn't happy anymore with their service due to fact that they been over charging me for any kind of late fee even tho i paid it on time. Anyways, so i decided to pay my bill and close my account by phone. Two Months later, i get these bill for no $1.03 with due date that will cause me a late fee again. How can they bill me again since i close my acount already. I think this crosscountry crock if shit business is a ripoff bullshit. That will keep your account open just to bill you or charge for nothing, this kind of card services need to be in court.
