I Talked With A Representant Aroun 3 Months Ago To Close My Account, And In January 27, I Paid Off The Account In The Amount Of $161.66 And The Agent At The Crosscountry Bank Said He Would Close The Account.
Since Then I Continue Receive A Bill For $2.46 (Finance Charge Purchases) When I Had Closed The Account.
I Have Tried To Call And Have Not Able To Talk Anyone At The Company (Customer Service 1800-225-5030 Or 1304-528-2412) Neither At The Web Site Of The Bank. (www.Crosscountrybank.com)
I Do Not Owe Them Anymore Money I Closed The Account In January.
I Would Like Cross Country Bank Close My Account As Their Agent Said Because It Was Closed And Paid In Full In January. Please Resolve This Problem.
