Stole $10,000 from Me!

On August 26, Gary Kuzas, the recruiter of the Anderson Graduate School of Management of the University of California, Riverside sent me a personal email telling me that a scholarship was available for me. I had previously informed Mr. Kuzas I would not be attending the school because of the high costs (approximately $8,000 a quarter).

On the 28th, Mr. Kuzas promised me in person I would be receiving that scholarship.

On September 19, after receiving an offer from the University of California, San Diego, I called Mr. Kuzas. Mr. Kuzas reiterated that I would be getting a scholarship and that a formal offer would follow in days if I was just patient. I told him the offer from UC San Diego was pressing, but he reassurred that he would get back to me shortly. He didn't. And the next business day when I talked UC San Diego to tell them I needed one more day, they removed the offer.

From September 19 to October 10, Mr. Gary never disclosed any problems with the scholarship despite my emails and telephone calls. Neither did any other school officials suggest I might not get the scholarship despite my interaction with them on a regular basis. These officials included: Mohsen "I married the biggest bitch in the world" El Hafsi, assistant dean; Nahid "Lard-ass" Ravzai, program director; and Cindy "another Jenny Craig flunkie" Roulette, program coordinator.

On October 8, I received an email from Cindy "Jenny Craig flunkie" Roulette stating she had enrolled me as a full-time student. On October 4th I had told her in writing not to do this unless I was to receive the scholarship.

Late on October 10, the last business day to receive anything more than a 25% refund, Ms. Craig, ur, I mean Roulette informed me that I would not be receiving funding the scholarship despite any earlier promises.

At the close of business hours on the 10th, I informed Ms. Roulette by email that I would be withdrawing from the program.

On October 13, Ms. Roulette informed me by email that I would be liable for 75% of student fees for the quarter, an amount in excess of $6,000.

Additionally, I was told directly by two current students, Matthew Larson and Peter McVey, that they the university lied to them about scholarships to once they joined the school.

Direct losses to me were $8,800 approximately, the amount for one quarter; this excludes the offer I turned down from the University of California, San Diego which is worth between $20,000 and $30,000, with approximately $15,000 of that in cash paid to me and the rest in waived student fees.

F*k you dave stewart, f*k you mohsen el hafsi (and your b*chy wife—please check her out at ratemyprofessor and just see how loved she is!), f*k you nahid "lard-a*s" razavi, f*k you cindy "jenny craig's half sister, only fatter" roulette, f*k you gary kuzas! I hope the whole world finds out what a bunch of f*kin' liars you are!!!
