My son is a disabled child and is special education classes, he was constantly mistreated by students, staff and administrators in a public school that my taxes help fund. One assistant Principal, David Painter, allowed other students to physically abuse my son, but when my son fought back he was recommended for expulsion.
Federal agencies were no help in correcting the problem and no attorney would touch my case, because it involved a public school. I finally had to remove my son from that school and then the same asst. Principal began harassing my daughter who is a senior there.
