I accepted the Rapid Reading Course as part of a trial: I ordered software, and via TrialPay received the software for free if I tried out a "sponsor." I did, and I chose Rapid Reading. I was led to believe that the course was free except for shipping and handling $3.95. When I got the course, I emailed the company to ask them for information about how to cancel the service and get a refund. There was NO information about how to do this, no company information inside the box, no contact information. I sent an email to them. They did not answer, and proceeded to charge my card $69.00. It turns out that the $3.95 was the charge for a "Trial." They are going to do all that they can to keep my money, by hook or crook. They don't care about the misunderstanding, they aren't interested in anything except the money.
