They give a free 30 day money back guarantee but when i went to return the product i had to pay to have it sent back and they refused my return! Consumer rip-off fraud

This company is nothing more than a phony money back guarantee!

They refuse to refund your money and if they do they only refund you a small amount!

I will never order from igia online again

I have called the better business bureau and have found out that
this company has had quite a few complaints!!!

So i am out 40.00 their customer service sucks!!!

I am stuck with a product that sucks and frankly i think that the website and the business itself should be put out of commission because they are purposely ripping customers off and even worse than that they are giving the company igia a bad reputation
i was treated very poorly by one of their employees

Something must be done about this the quicker the better

I think that everyone who has been screwed by this company needs to come forward and make it public
maybe we can get a lawsuit going against these horrible people!!!

Ladies never purchase igia permanent kiss it tastes awful! It bleeds and cracks horribly and this product does nothing like what they advertise it... It does not stay on like they preach the colors are awful as well!
How a company can rip people off is beyond me!
