I received a court date for 7/25/08. College Network's attorney went to court and got a Summary Judjment from the court on 6/12/08. When I arrived at court on Friday, 7/25/07 to be heard, I was informed the case is cancelled, as it was disposed of and the judge granted the attorneys a summary judgment. I was never notified in writing or via e-mail or telephone.
The court has failed me!!!
