I had submitted two rebates each for $10. They were in the same envelope. I received a check for one of the rebates. I did not receive one for the other. I called on march 13 (after I checked wheresmyrebate.com) and saw that I only had one rebate showing. The woman assured me that there was two, and the other was still pending. I received my check on April 16th, but did not receive the other one.
I called to ask what happened and the customer service person said they have no record of the other rebate, and I would have to submit all the paper work over. The problem is I submitted it the first time. I then had a hard time getting the supervisor. I never actually talked with her. I got her voice mail. A week and a half later I never received a call back from her. Not to mention I was hung up on several times the first time I called. I called back on April 30 and I asked to talk with Georgia (the supervisor) I was once again given a hard time, and when I asked for the voice mail I was hung up on again.
I think this is awful customer service. They do not want to give me the rebate that is rightfully mine. I did everything they asked and I did not make a mistake, they did and now I have to pay.
