I was an employee of this company for 7 1/2 years. I am not surprised to see the results on here. It is too bad that we always had to use strong-arm tactics in order to make a sale. Yes, it is true... The sales reps at this company use a sales script that was originally written and formulated by scientologists. It is designed to get you somewhat emotional in order to generate a sale.
If you are thinking about calling in for information on their training, be prepared for a battery of personal questions right from the beginning. They do this to try and evaluate your current financial status. The price they quote you for the training depends on how much money they think you may have. For example, they might quote you anywhere from 500 dollars to 8 thousand dollars for the exact same course.
No kidding. The director of sales tries to rationalize this kind of selling to the employees by saying that negotiated sales is legal. Just walk in to a car lot right... Everyone can see the price. Not the case here. It all depends on how much money you have. It just depends on what rep you talk to. All that are considering buying their product need to be very careful.
The two individuals that are running this company are heartless. It wouldn't matter if you bought tomorrow and lost your job the day after. They don't care. They want their money. The guarantee they have is ridiculous. If you are familiar with testing and the difficulties you can have just trying to schedule one, you will see that it is downright impossible to follow their guidelines in order for you to receive a refund based on failed tests due to poor materials.
Once you buy, you are on your own. You are always going to hear some kind of pitch that they use that will include something like the following: We have some corporate order going out and we might be able to get you a discount if we can attach your order on to theirs but it has to be done today: We have a special program running today and tomorrow only for first time students: Blah Blah Blah...
I left the company because even though it paid my bills, I had a hard time going home at night knowing that we took someone's last dollar and they weren't going to get certified. Their logic is hey, if we don't take their last dollar someone will. Pretty sick. Just remember this before purchasing - This is a company that screws it's own employees out of money. If they will do that for people that work for them, what are they willing to do to you as a consumer.
GO the other way and save yourself the hassle. There are better methods for a better price. I am certified as an IT professional and I can tell you that you will get just as much out of a second hand book at the flea market than you will with their MILLION DOLLAR ONLINE TRAINING! Even the company that was offering financing for them bailed due to the BS sales tactics. I apologize for writing this.
I know that there are some hard working people still there. However, there are also a great deal of blood sucking drug addicts that still sit in those seats and will try to take your last dollar in order to pay the mortgage on their third refi. Trust someone that has worked behind the scenes... Just take your money elsewhere. This place needs to be shut down for good. Frank Coleman and his little Kitty Kim can see the writing on the wall. It just sucks that they took something great and turned it into a polished turd.
