I wish I had read usacomplaints.com before I made an online order with this company. I was intrigued by the subject "Cold Calling Is A Waste Of Time", as a professional sales person and always look for new ways and ideas to improve our sales, so why not.
I made the online order in late december and as at today 12th March I have not received the package.
I should have smelled something fishy, when they said if you buy the (CCW) Cold Calling Is A Waste Of Time - Complete Package - 30-DAY FREE TRIAL @ $97 and you will buy the (Mastery) The Sales Mastery Program - 30 Day Trial at a discounted rate of $47... Well, it is tagged on product, why they charged me 2 different orders. And charged postage twice. I questioned that, but the reply is the products will be sent from 2 different locations.
Well, we should have faith with others and have to be fair to this company, I emailed to them on Jan 20,09 and told them nothing arrived yet and concerned that the 30 days trial is running out soon. Dana Edwards emailed back to me that she did not know how it got lost in transit. They shipped over 100 a day, so it was not unlikely since it is a high volume, that one or two gets lost in the mail now and then. She reshipped the package and had extended the trial to February 15th, 09. Great gesture and that's to expect from a professional company.
Well, as time goes by, gone with the charges of 2 shipments in Dec 08 and $97 and $47 showed on your credit card statements in Feb 09 but still there is no sign of the package in March 09.
It is impossible for me to ring them due to the time differences. What I can do is to keep emailing and asked them if they can provide me some sort of reference parcel number or barcode number from US Mail hopefully, I can trace the package from Australian Post. Unfortunately, "No Reply".
I did ask will they be in a position to ship the package to me one more time or reverse the charges. Unfortunately, "No Reply".
What intrigues me is they said the packags will be sent from 2 different locations, I received none, are they really lost in transit or had I been ripped off?
Perhaps, my consolation prize for this online order was an eBook which the contents had been published on its own website. You really don't need to order those packages to get this eBook. Poor me, I really feel I have been rip-off.
Hope the package will arrive one day but by then if I am not happy with their products, I will have missed the 90 days guarantee money... Well, I really really feel I have been rip-off now.
Lessons learnt
- do your research first before you place an order with any online company.
- I will be extra cautious to all the websites or companies linked to nevercoldcall.com and FJR Advisors. There is an old saying, before you want to do business with a person, observe who is that person associating with.
