Seems I'm not the first! What a surprise... Loads of hype with no delivery! Never Cold Call should be re-named "Never Deliver". Sold me (online via much hype and long high pressure sales letters, videos and empty promises) the "complete package" Sales Mastery program on CD and MP3
The MP3's would never download and the CD's never arrived.
I have opened support tickets (which just get closed with absolutely NO response) - I reopen them - they close them etc. I have send emails. No response
Presumably he thinks Sales Mastery is to be able to rip off people and get away with it.
I got this lead from the very well respected Brian Tracy. My next actions are to go to Brain and complain - obviously he gets the affiliate income. I also intend to follow up Frank Rumbauskas on his Twitter site.
