I too was duped into meeting with Nick Luebecke in the Mahwah office. I could tell there was a slime coating covering him and his story so I didn't actually agree to another visit.
Regardless, part of his pitch is that they are a member of the Better Business Bureau of NJ and that they have a satisfactory record. I asked him to give me some referrals of happy customers they have, and he refused.
Since I didn't agree to fork over the $4,000 they were asking, I don't really think that I have a valid complaint; however, I am outraged that they actually take money from vulnerable people with or without jobs and DO NOTHING.
If you are one of these people who has actually become a 'client' of theirs, I strongly urge you to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They shouldn't be allowed to go on being a member with a 'satisfactory' rating.
