Simple Escapes took money out of my checking account without my knowledge. If I wasn't in the habit of calling my automated bank service I would have been surprised three weeks after they took the money out. I called the bank and got a toll free telephone number which was attached to the debit card payment.
Then I called the number. They said my husband ordered their services and I said I didn't care and I wanted my money back. They tried to get me to agree to discounted services where they would return 100 dollars of what they took and I said no.
Then they started telling me about the services they offer and I told them I didn't care what they do, I wanted every cent of my money redeposited into my account. They finally relented and said it would be returned to my account within three to five days... We'll see.
