Ripoff who these people think they are?

I was going thru my paypal statement and found they had charged my account 139.00! I NEVER spoke to them and never ordered anything from them!
I filed a police report on them this morning for fraud! It looks as if I had ordered glasses on a info mercial, which I never recieved, and they sold my credit card number!
