This company advertises via fax. This is an update to my original report.
I filed a complaint with the California Dept of Health Insurance. They faxed a request to CBM (Claims & Benefit Management, Inc) to have my monies refunded. They have refused to reimburse any of the bank fees incurred.
I will see this thru to resolution.
