I received no credit report I cancelled before I completed their form & was charged $79.95 for nothing

I was suprised to see a $79.95 charge to my checking account from an unknown buisness. This was taken from my account on 12/17. I never recieved any credit reports, and I never requested any. I filled out the online form partially, and then decided to cancel and get out.

I spoke with them on the phone, they promised to reverse the charge. This was at 3:33 pm 1/16/03. They said I would recieve confirmation in 48 hours, and my money in 10 buisness days.
