The company;s TOS states: "If for any reason you are not satisfied with the course you have purchased you are entitled to a full refund within seven days from the date you made the purchase of the course, unless you have started the course itself. For the purpose of online courses you are considered to have started the course once you have logged onto the course."

So, how can I know if i am satisfied with the service if i do not try it? It says for ANY REASON. It's like buying a pair of pants, if they dont fit, you can't wear them, so back at the store they will refund you. Secondly, they state you can teach around the world; I contacted a few schools, and they ALL said, NO, we do not accept online TEFL courses.

This case was filed with the Better Business Bureau, and assigned a case, which lead no where. This company REFUSES to refund me 355$. It is really bothering me that they have a misleading clause...

I provided multiple reasons why they should refund me, one being the service is of VERY bad quality. They still returned to their TOS clause, because i started the course, i cannot be refunded. Yet i said how can i know if i am satisfied if i do not try the product?
