Did not provide Promissed Service and Would Not Refund per their Policy - Scammed La Fiera Texas

I purchased website traffic advertising from JAD Advertising. They claim to have sent hits to my website, which never occurred. Within the first day fo the service I noticed they claimed to have sent 15 hits to my site, which neverhappened. I wanted to give them the beenfit of the doubt and so I checked with my website hosting company (intagent) whoc confirmed that there was absolutely zero increase in traffic, especially during the times they claimed to have sent traffic to my sight. I immediately logged into their online utility and paused their service. I also immediately contacted them asking them to cease the service and refund my payment and they guaruntee to do in their cancellation policy. I've contacted them 8 times in writing expressing my dissatisfaction with their service and have not received a refund. I received a response from them stating that I was mistaken, which did not make sense. Their refund policy, found at http://www.jadadvertising.com/readmore.html#, explicitly states, "Refunds and Cancellations:
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. For any reason you wish to cancel your account within this time frame, you (the client) will have to contact JAD Advertising and send in a written statement specifying the reason for cancellation of your account. At any time after the 7 days you fail to cancel your account any traffic (hits) previously sent to your website will be calculated and refunded to you in a pro-rated basis." Since I have complied with those instructions 8 times now, I'm concerned that they are scamming people like me out of my money. I paid $40 for their service and expect a refund as I was never satisfied with their products
or service and also found them to be misleading.
I've also contacted the better business bureau, fraud, org, google checkout (where I placed my order) and the FTC and these guys still continue to neglect proving me a refund. If I were any consumer reading this - check out the BBB, find my complaint and others from doing google searches on their company name - these guys are ripping people off and not being held accountable in any way - watch out!
