First Consumers National Bank
Rip Off, Min. Payment Due Is Larger Than Balance

I saw your website on the news today, and I had to visit it and see if this company has any complaints and sure enough it did. Over 200 of them. I cancelled my creidt card account 2 years ago figuring I could just pay on it until the balance was paid off. I can not believe every single month on every single statement I had late fees and over the limit fees on a card that I cancelled... Didn't use... Cut up. Over $70 a month.

It never stops, the minimum balance due on my account now is larger than my credit limit. I got this credit card after my bankrupcy thinking I could get my credit back on the right track, it has gone nowhere but in the can.

They charge you $. 50 just to call and listen to you account information. Needless to say the account is now in collections. With all these complaints against this company, why is noone trying to sue them? How can you charge someone money on an account that is CLOSED, and is being paid on. One time I paid $200 on this account to get it $30 below my credit limit, just to be safe for the next month, and I'll be darned if the charges for over the limit, and late fees were there the next month...$70 plus my normal payment.

Seems to me that the interest rate on these credit cards should not be allowed to be so high. How is someone supposed to get back on their feet with this bank looming over their head.

I had a similiar problem with another credit card company... Thank goodness I got it paid off, but this one. Ha, it will be cold day in h* before I send them another dime.

They will have to sue me and garnish my wages. BEWARE, DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS CARD! YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Let's all get together and SUE them, someone with some sort of legal expertise, help us consumers put these sharks completely out of business. I wouldn't even know where to begin on how to sue, but if someone does, please contact me... Thanks!
