Wal-Mart store 1766 ripoff - Wal-mart the slavery - the big lies - The mobsters

These are the issues I like to inform you аbout:

1- female employees get more attention and get more
rewards than male employees.

2- individually being told that the relationship
between the manager and employee is the master and
slave relationship but in public they deny it and
telling the employee that it is the team work
relationship.

3- Safety violations are the usual and the every day
practice. OSHA/health violations are routine.
4- Cooking the Books are to the highest.
5- they claim that they have an elaborate "open door
policy" but anything you say is going against you and
you become the target of abuse and harassment to the
extend of writing you off with fake accusations like
insubordination to the extent of being fired with
cause.

6- If you question the authorities about their wrong
doings, you are stamped as a bad guy and your manager
will be assigned and directed to pick on you and set
the stage for you to get angry and frustrated so you
do or say something that gets you in position of
breaking the rule or insulting.

7- as a little slave making less than $9/hour, they
force you to work the oddest hours and they keep
changing the schedule to the point if you have a
second job either you have to quit the second job or
take a chance and try to set your "available hours"
which they ignore and still you been forced to violate
the orders.

8- each store run buy 2 groups, 1- like a mobsters,
they don't work but get paid big bucks. They set their
own schedules and they come and go as they please. 2-
the slaves with no rights that do the real hard work
and get paid close to nothing.in many occasions when
it comes to cut the hours (so the mobsters get bigger
bonuses) the mobsters get overtime and the slaves
paycheck being reduced to, well, way bellow poverty level.

9- If you are sick, you can not take the first day as
sick day. You are forced to lie and declare it as
either personal or vacation day. To be able to take
advantage of your sick hours (you gained then as part
of your benefits) you must be 2 or more days sick but
in any case the first day can not be declared as sick
day.

10- You are assigned to a task that they know and you
know that can not be finished over the your normal
assigned hours. Either you have to work overtime
without getting paid or being written off as slacker,
lazy, rebellion (intentionally work slowly to make
them look bad), and/or not fit to that position. Which
at review time, your measly raise (max 5% - less than
inflation) would be cut to nothing. The mobsters group
automatically get all possible recognitions, raises,
bonuses, etc.

11- If anybody use the forbidden word "UNION" he/she get canned immediately.
12- The only effective way to stop wal-mart of abusing our innocent citizens is by boycotting. We have to show them that they are not above the law.
