I am writing a complaint to walmart stores in general. I know about your "sickness"policies and feel you need to revamp these policies. Your employees are pretty much forced to come to work even if they are truly sick, causing sickness to spread to your customers. Your employees will get "nicks" against them if they have to call in sick, and 3 of them will cause them to possibly loose their jobs.
I really hate to shop while others are couging, sneezing and look like they are ready to pass out.
This policy needs to change, especially with the flu season coming near. I will not be shopping at wal-mart if I keep seeing this in your stores. If your employees are sick, let them stay home!
