I purchased a couch with a 5 year warranty from Scott Scruptrine in Michigan. A year later, my warranty was sold to Stainsafe.
Since then, the material on all of my pillows has frayed away from the seams. I called stainsafe and a technician was sent to my house within weeks. The technician told me that he would have to order new pillows as they were unrepairable and to expect them to arrive within 8 weeks. This was in January.
To make a long story short, today is December 20th and I am still waiting for my pillows. I have made twenty calls to Stainsafe and have heard a different story each time. Usually, they blame the Store (Scott Scruptrine) or the manufacturer (Klaussner).
I have received two different letters from Stainsafe letting me know that my pillows had been ordered. I have contacted Klaussner, only to find out that no orders have ever been placed.
In addition to all of this, each time I've called I was on hold for a half hour only to talk to a rude person. I had one customer service representative hang up on me.
