I recieved a call last night and was politely ask to purchase a magazine order from a woman named jennifer. She announced that it was her third day, and was looking forward to a prosperous future with cms." i feel sorry for her." i was handed over to her supervisor, which all but forced me into ageement. I lost track of what was happening, and fifteen minutes later, my card was billed for 66.65. I called my cc company which told me they have heard of this scam recently. They instructed me to call media outsourcing, and cancel immediatly.
I called 45 minutes ago, and was harrassed diligently. Finally, after 15 minutes, they told me the charges would be removed, in 3 to 5 days. I feel sorry for anyone associated with this company, and am almost inpired to take a trip to atlanta, to personally take action, legally and by report, against this so called company. For any of you cms/mos officials reading, remember this.in the end, it is ultimatly the customers who decide if you fail or succeed, as a company. You will fail, i promise you this. You do not cheat, and try to scam my american people! If any of you other consumers have any advise for me, please contact me.
