Complaint / review text:
I received a phone call offering TV Guide for a year for a great bargain. I have received my TV Guide every week, but today I just discovered that Media Outsourcing has charged my debit card $26.98 per month for at least 6 months.
When I got home from work @ 5:10 pm, I immediately called TV Guide and reported the problem. They informed me that the billing was through Media Outsourcing. They were appaulled to hear of my dilema. They gave me the phone # of Media Outsourcing which I called right away.
It is now 6:50 pm that same day and we are still on hold. Every maybe 5 minutes a recording comes on saying all of their representatives are busy assisting other customers. Please stay on the line and your call will be answered shortly. YEAH RIGHT!
As I was on my second hour on hold, I decided to get on the internet to find out anything about Media Outsourcing. When I did the search, I found this site. Now I'm appaulled. I have a feeling I'm not getting my money back.
Someone needs to stop these crooks!!!
