My name is cathy scott and i bid on an ebay auction which i won on november 15th of 2000. I then mailed a check to the seller, as of jan 25 i havent recieved any refund nor a product and ive made ever effort to get one or the other i even file a case with square trade thru ebay with no response from seller.
