Ordered program in May. Received tutorial cd. Called for mentoring - no return calls. Called and asked for accounts dept. Got Aaron who said I should not have been charged twice a money - would refund lesser charge. Next credit card statement didn't reflect refunds - just continuing charges. Told me to e-mail mentors for mentoring. Could not gain access to program at all as user name and password were rejected.
Called again August 29 and Cindy Brown responded. She had no record of any refunds to be made. She said I should fax all my credit card statements to her with a full explanation and she would call as soon as she received the fax. Fax sent August 30th. No phone call from C. Brown.
Called a couple of days later (it was a long weekend) and spoke with Aaron. He said that the refunds would be on my next statement. Cancellation fee amounted to approx. 200.00 us. I should try to access program again. I tried and failed!
