My name is steven. I also have been victimized by hrs. Im a navy reservist who was just called to active duty on 24 oct.
I sent hrs a copy of my military orders so i could lower my interest rate in reference to the "soldiers and sailors credit relief act".
I today on 25 nov recieved a copy of my account transactions and noticed 75.00 in late fees on three occasions. First i am going to file a complaint to the business and try to get my money refunded.
Then i will file a report to better business bureau in reference to this matter. Remember people the better business bureau can help.
They have helped me before in a similar situation. If you dont do anything else, please file a complaint with the bbb. They can hurt them a lot worse than us typing these letters of pitty.
Oh yeh, bye the way i like the idea of a class action suite against them. Bye all means im all for it. Ther is a web site that is called "fair credit act" or something like that.
If anyone who reads this and finds them please post it in a report and mail it to me. I would like to sue hrs for the inconvience and acid reflux they have caused me. Thank you steven
