The charged my credit card twice $15.45 each transaction without my approval. Illinois

I was charged $15.45 (unauthorized) for each one of these companies that I have no knowledge of. The company's names are SHOPPINGESSENTIALS and AP9*BUSINESSMAX. I googled them and come to find out that both of these companies have the same address and phone number. I wonder is it from that business card company (visa or vista) I don't remember right now because I am really teed off. This is why they say do no use your credit card information online!
