STAY AWAY Ffrom VistaPrint / Businessmax
I did business with them, giving them my credit card details etc... As you would.
3 weeks later I got debited for $14:95 from a company called businessmax. I was in Ireland at the time and didn't know about the transaction until I came back to Boston. When I did get back, and looked at my bank statement, I had 3 payments of $14:95 payed to businessmax. I investigated, phone my bank (they launched an investigation) and it turns out that vista print had scammed me.
$44:85 was taken out of my account by this company for no reason, I received no service for these charges.
Their customer care sucked and although I did get back my money, it wasn't without heartache.
They still have credit card credibility which I just cannot simply understand. They give you a service but then fraud you and give away your credit card details.
Stay Away from Vista Print. I can't believe they have no been shut down by credit card companies or the Fed's.
