Vista Print (800) 961-2075 offers "free" business cards for a shipping fee only. However, there are strings attached. Once they charge you for shipping via a credit card, they then enroll you without authorization into a program with an affiliate called AP9*Businessmax, AP9*Shoppingessentials and WLI*Shopperdiscount.

As far as I can tell, there is no product or service provided from AP9*Businessmax, AP9*Shoppingessentials and WLI*Shopperdiscount.in essence you are billed $36.90 monthly for a program that provides nothing. And if you check online at http://usacomplaints.com/reports/ripoff95106.htm you'll see that many others have been and are being fleeced by them.
I spoke with a fraud investigator with Capital One Visa on 6/5 (Thom "Eli" Employee #KI29), who said he personally has received numerous complaints about Vista Print/AP9*Businessmax, AP9*Shoppingessentials and WLI*Shopperdiscount.in his opinion, they are using a barely legal fine print statement in their online credit card charge form which gives them permission to enroll everyone in a free trial of AP9*Businessmax, AP9*Shoppingessentials and WLI*Shopperdiscount, after which, if you do not cancel, your credit card is billed every month a total of $36.90.
Avoid Vista Print at all costs. Dispute the charges with your bank ASAP, call the "customer service number of Vista Print and demand they stop billing you and return your money. My "free" business cards have cost me at least $194.40 which I have documented below from my Visa statements since December.
