This company works with Vista Print to gain access to your credit card billing information. If you click on a businessmax banner ad on Vista Print, you unwittingly "sign up" for Businessmax insurance and whatever card you used on Vista Print is then charged a small monthly fee.
Since many people pay cc bills without looking at the entire list of charges and businessmax does not send anything, I suspect that many people are paying them withour realizing it.
This happened on a Chase (formerly Bank One) credit card. Chase is apparently affiliated with Businessmax and would not charge-back or even start an inquiry. The Chase rep said that I would have to talk to them myself and then TRANSFERED me to a Businessmax rep. I've since cancelled my Chase card and encourage you to do the same.
