This company sends you a letter, with no return address on evelope, stating they've been trying to reach you with no luck. They state you are among 20 people to share a 5 million dollar shoppers sweepstakes prize, and to receive the rest of your prize you must first send them the taxes due on the money you've "won". They state you won 250,000 dollars. So they have mailed you a check for 4890.00 US dollars and before cashing this check you must get in contact with them. When you call they will tell you to deposit the check and call back. When you call back you are given an address of where to send the taxes to;you must send a money gram or western union money order only. You must send the money order to be paid to a persons name who supposedly works for this company, not the company name or your name. They will then send you a check for the remaining balance, and offcourse they'll pay your taxes. Which are only 1% of your winnings. They also are nice enough to schedule a UPS pickup so you can mail them the 2985.00US dollars that are due in taxes, because they supposedly need verification right away that you are paying your taxes.
