Sent me a letter and check stating that i won a shoppers sweepstakes of $250,000 all i had to do is cash the check for $4890 and send them $2985 to pay the taxes on the winnings, Is Where The Bank Is That The Check Is From

I received a letter today with a check with a preprinted address label on it. It said it was a partial payment for my winnings of $250,000 and all i had to do is call the number on the letter and i did.

The gentleman told me to go to the bank and deposit the check and keep out $2985 to send to him to pay the goverment taxes on my winnings. This was to be sent to him via western union or money gram. After i deposited the check and got the money for the taxes i was to call him back for the address of a western union or moneygram location for me to send the money too.

Then the rest of the $250,000 would be available as soon as tomorrow.

Please help to stop people like this! They make alot of money off people like me that have to struggle to make ends meet. I knew it was to good to be true.
