They call the NCP and make up arrangements or deals to settle case knowing the State is the one that has to approve them because if anyone has drew AFDC or medicade that money has to be paid back to state first. I then wrote the Support Kids Office in Terminating the case and they denied it. They even ran a background on my ex-husband family to see if he is due any money. Stay away from Support Kids, leave your case with the Attorney General.
