This company called my mother and tricked her into buying an extended warranty, this was June of last year, so far she has lost over $600.00.
After 8 telephone calls to various "customer service representatives" (that will not give you their real names, this is obvious by the extended pause while their slow-witted brains try to process a fake name), she has been told several times that the "check is in the mail".
Recently I asked her if she received her refund, and she had not, so I wrote down all of the information and called the company, I was connected to Debbie, and she acted like she could be of some assistance, she asked me to give her 48 hours to find out what was going on, she did not call, I called 3 days later, and left Debbie a message that I needed to hear some information. I received a message 2 days later that they could not find the check and I would just have to wait until they did, I have since called roughly 20 times and have been given 20 different B.S. Stories.
Please do not let anyone you know buy anything from this company!!!
