As a senior citizen of Clayton, Ohio, I entrusted, hired, and paid this self-employed contractor to assist my family in completing our move to Ohio and for home remodeling services.
This was important to Mr. Denney because he had just been fired from Emerson Climate Technologies and couldn't find employment.
The property I paid him in advance to repair needed exactly what his resume stated he was qualified to do.

His first trip to the property was made November 8.instead of repairing the property at that time, he insisted that he return to Ohio to prepare for a live broadcast of the Brothers In Arms Band, scheduled for November 21.

He requested $2,000.00 just after his return and was paid on November 18th. This money was in part for his moving services and in advance for his commitment to go back and completely remodel the property.
I then funded his second trip to the property on November 26.
Terms of Repair/Remodel Agreement:
Complete Home Remodel
Starting Date: November 28
Completion Date: December 16
Goal: Sell or Rent House by Jan. 1
(Expenses deducted as business for tax purposes)
$200 a day expenses for full time labor / $25 an hour
On December 3 he insisted on being paid another $2,000.00 to do the work! He got that money too.
His personal food and alcohol expenses were charged to my credit card during the 18 days he was remodeling: $344.00
My Home Depot card was charged for over $5,000.00 worth of supplies, some of which he never used or even opened.
He did NOT complete the home remodel.
Yet while there, he used more of my money to pay a company called Cowgirl Clean Up to haul away living room furniture, beds, and personal items belonging to my grandchildren.
Certified contractors who enter the property seem to agree Danny Denney's craftsmanship could only be viewed as vandalism!
If he has painting skill, he didn't use it. He did roll a few patches on the kitchen walls with a color that didn't match. He left the kitchen cupboards half primed and half painted and even left paint splattered on the floors and walls.
What about his plumbing skill? He installed a showerhead with a back plate too small to cover the hole in the shower wall and left the showerhead wrapped with electrical tape.
Tiling skill? He left it all unfinished. He didn't even use the glue or grout available.
I purchased materials to repair the front gate and stain the deck, but he did nothing with either of those projects.
As for an electrician, he sure ignored the obvious. He even had me purchase three ceiling lights, a recessed lighting fixture for the shower, and electric switch and socket covers for the whole house none of which he installed or opened.
The property was still in such poor shape when he insisted on leaving that it couldn't be refinanced or sold! The pictures speak for themselves.
Why did he insist on leaving the SECOND time with his work unfinished?
He had to prepare for another live broadcast of the Brothers In Arms Band on December 29 at the Spitfire Lounge in Vandalia, Ohio.

What DID he do in the 18 days he spent in the property? Evidence provided shows that he started:
A business from OUR home to get the cash HE needed!
He used my credit card to pay for internet access and then created web pages and videos for his online business ventures and his musician friends, Brothers In Arms.
I don't listen to rock music, but I know Highway I-25 when I see it. It leads to the property he was supposed to be remodeling.
Instead of remodeling, Mr. Denney spent his time, on MY money, filming himself driving down I-25. He then used that film to create the Edge of Mind video.

(the very month his only income was the money paid by me to help my family.)
In fact, evidence shows that he created the following websites during the time and from the very property I paid him to be remodeling:

Was this his plan the entire time? Was he also being paid to promote the Brothers In Arms Band? I don't know.
What kind of person would be hired and paid with one mans money, not do the work he was paid to do (even in two trips), and use the money instead to promote musicians and ask the world What's in your YOUR wallet?

But Danny Denney Jr. Started his businesses from OUR home and got more cash from me than he needed, earned, or deserved.
In his 911cashinhand.com advertisements, he claims to be supportive to families and be providing a family business?
I may be a senior citizen, but times haven't changed THAT much.
In my opinion, he exploited my family for his personal gain. That has always been a crimeso has using another person's credit card to pay for web pages and musical promotions.
I don't really know whether Danny Denney Jr. Has skill as a contractor/electrician/repair man, I only know that he chose not to use it if he does.
