FACT: Danny Denney is NOT a millionaire. Not ever, not now!
FACT: He does NOT have a wife or a 3 year old daughter.
FACT: He has only been in the cash gifting industry since January.
FACT: From November to January the only income he made was MY MONEY.
FACT: He is a 40 year old single man living with his father in Clayton, Ohio.
FACT: He personally owns nothing. His 2008 Harley Davidson and Dodge Durango are financed in his father's name and he has no problem conning women into making those payments for him. (romance scam)
FACT: He'll tell you that he lives with his father because he lost his career when he opted to nurse his mother to her death. (pity me scam)
FACT: He was fired from his last legitimate employer in November.
If you surf his websites and blogs, you will find that he also claims to be launching his Top Emerging Business Ideas in Casper, WY. If you look in the cached pages, you will see MY address listed as his World Head Quarters. (233 Daffodil St Casper, WY.) In fact, you will find that he has his cyber fingers advertising the following companies:
VMDirect/HelloWorld Digital Communications, Magnum IQ Social and Educational Internet Learning, and 911 Cash In Hands Overnight.
FACT: October 31 he conned me into investing $1,000 by credit card to upgrade his newfound Virtual Media business. He told me we would earn it back quickly and he would repay me within 120 days.
FACT: He then continued to fund his VMDirect monthly fees and Hello World video e-mail accounts on that Visa card.
FACT: He conned me into providing him a laptop computer, digital camcorder, and all of his business cards, fliers, and miscellaneous technology upgrades.
FACT: He funded his Sprint Nextel wireless internet fee, Site Builder Drilling costs, and Google AdWords costs using my credit and debit card numbers.
FACT: No money was ever made. He has never paid me back.
FACT: He signed up for all of these home based businesses under Glenn Mosser, who wouldn't communicate with me about getting my father and I's credit card off Danny's business account.
Danny also claims to have a Maintenance and Repair Business wherein he can do complete home remodels. I paid him $2,000 in advance to begin remodeling my home in Casper, Wyoming. While he was here, he tried to get me to fill out a Power of Attorney giving him control of my financial affairs and properties. He then advertised my home as the launch site for VMDirect and Magnum IQ.
FACT: He did NOT complete the work on my home.
FACT: Experian now reports my address as pertaining to a social/educational business.
As a classic con man, Danny Denney continued to gain my confidence promising that we would "be rich" and "go to the top!" He told me I would make a great business woman, that I was strong and intelligent. Once he realized that my confidence in him was diminishing and I wouldn't sign the Power of Attorney or give him more cash for his life style, he played the "I'm angry so I don't have to pay you!" trick.
He told me that my demeanor was alarming, my attitude was a turn off, and that perhaps I should get on medicine to control my emotions. He cut off all communication with me telling me to lose his e-mail address and phone number. He told me to take his name out of my vocabulary forever. He also threatened that anyone who gets in his way now will "get what they deserve!"
FACT: While cutting me off as his business partner and friend, he was drafting my Wyoming checking account from his father's home in Ohio throughout January.
FACT: As of February he continues to advertise Casper, WY as a launch site for 911 Cash In Hands.
FACT: As of February, I still receive postal mail offers for lines of credit to GenXCommunication as a business conducted in my home under Danny Denney.
I know that he wants me to stay silent and that he will never pay me back what he has taken from me. My concern is that his web pages now target stay at home moms. You should know that he is charming and will use any tactic (romance, pity me, get rich quick, best friend, skilled contractor, etc.) to get into your home and your bank account.
As long as you are willing to fund his affairs, he will communicate with you at whatever level it requires to keep the money coming. Once you begin questioning his intentions and saying "no, " he will find a reason to be mad at you and cut you off. That way, you will be too intimidated to collect what he owes you.
His web pages are full of lies. He is not the #1 Income Earner for 2008. He has not personally recruited nor trained other top executives in the industry.interestingly, if you check out what Glenn Mosser says about himself, you'll find that he and Danny Denney seem to have the same life style and history of success.
