Ths company can charge your account if you share you routing number and account number. They did try a small amount first to ensure account is open and then they pop you with a 35.00 processing fee. I called my bank and they share they can do this as I provided my routing # and acct#- dumb me I guess. I was only inquiring for a small consolidation loan and did not sign anything or agree to this fee. Per my bank all I can do is close the account and open a new one to ensure no additional charges are sent through. I did dispute the debit though w / my bank and filed a claim w / the fraud department. Also, tried calling the number and they do not answer the phone.
