He stated he would sell my time share in 60-90 days. Haven not heart from scence

In March of I talked to Herb Overbaugh, He requested a payment in the sum of 882.00. I sent him a check for that amount, and received a comformation that he received it. I haven't heard from he scence.

I tried to phone but the phones are not longer in operation.
