To sell our time share we've paid them their fee

Heard anything from them since contract date
Was 5/8 I would like to get some kinda of
Information on what they have done are a refund
Because they haven't held up with their end of the
Deal I've called them on different occasiona haven't
Got anyone on the phone left message and haven't gotten a call back. I feel that they just took our money and didn't do anything in return.
