Spoke with Chris Wood of IBD Marketing and agreed to list our Time Share in Fall of heard nothing. When we called, they would say that there were X number of buyers looking at it right now, number changed each time. Never had an offer.in April of lowered price $ still no calls. Called again in July of got the same story... X number of buyers are looking at it, blah, blah, blah. Never could speak to Chris Wood, got several others, including a guy named Durrell. Cost was $699 for NOTHING. Now none of the phone numbers work that I have or can find, and the website is gone. Big Surprise.
