Verification ripoff

I received a pre-approved acceptance certificate for a platinum card with a 5,000.00 credit limit.

Terms, 0 interest for 12 months then prime plus, approximately 14.49%. Send 45.00 (or 49.00 for rush order) by check or money order.

The certificate states complete details and the card will be sent once they receive the one time only membership fee. It is signed:

Approval Department
