CII cold contacted me at my place of business, portraying themselves as a legitimate collections agency. The agent was very smooth talking, and pulled up "information" on the debtors, offered a "special" of only 25% fee, claiming they only got paid if they collected. Folishley I signed the agreement before researching them. Later that day, I read all the small print, and called, emailed and faxed my cancellation. Since that time I have been receiving harrassing phone calls demanding 10% of the total debt (I didn't send supporting documentation of debt)... For services rendered! Even though I cancelled the very same day! I have not sent the money, and will not send them money. Do not engage with these people.
